Event & Class Policies
Inclement Weather / Class Cancellation Policy:
HCAR Classes and Events will be held according to the Howard County School Schedule. Listen to your favorite radio or TV station for school closings.
Walk-in Policy:
We appreciate registrations 3 or more days in advance, and for CEU courses this allows a CE certificate to be ready for you at the class. Walk-ins will be charged at the non-member fee, and must pay with cash or check. No credit card payments will be accepted at the event.
Personal Cancellations / No-Show Policy:
There are no refunds for cancellations, or for late arrivals.
Class Schedules and Locations:
Always verify location and time of class. These will be listed on the details and online registration pages linked from the HCAR events calendar, and on your receipt/confirmation email. The majority of HCAR CEU classes are held on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month, with 8:30 a.m. check-in and 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon class time, and located at one of the following:
