All REALTORS^® are required to complete NAR approved Ethics Training by December 31, 2008. Check out the free online training at realtor.org, but as of October 2, 2005 all who are renewing licenses with Maryland are also required to complete a 3 credit Ethics course which includes Maryland specific topics. An Ethics training class which fulfills both the NAR and MD licensing ethics training requirements is offered by HCAR on a quarterly basis and at New Member Orientation!
